Where is the best place to buy C5 or possibly C6 wheels? I have a '99 vette and I'm not digging the early stock C5 wheels. Also, is there any fitment issues buy going to C6 wheels? (I'm looking for stock wheels)

There is no issues with going with a C6 wheel. I would first try the corvette fourms as there is a lot of traffic on this site (which you might know already). See if you can find a set someone removed to install an aftermarket wheel.

Or, you can go buy a set of re-po's which are nice, but can be pricey. This is off www.Zip-corvette.com

Also take a look at OE WHEELS http://www.oewheelsllc.com/ for some more corvette re-pro wheels and some deep dish styled ones too. The prices are not bad either, but if you want original gm wheels only your best bet is the corvetteforum by far. Good luck :)

I had the C6 OEM wheels on my C5, they looked way better than the c5 wheels. some members @ corvetteforum said there will be rubbing issues if u dont get spacers for the rears, but I had no issues with them at all and i didn't use any spacers.
