What do you expect to be running next season? Be realistic people

I've set a goal of 10.90 @ 130+ which I wanted to do this year, but never made it to the track. Car has gone 10.7's @ 128 at sea-level with 120 less rwhp, so even with the elevation difference, the power increase should make up for it..
But, 10's are easier said than done up here, especially with a 6spd car.

I'd like to be the high to mid 10's. But on the stock 10 bolt it may be wishfull thinking.

Im starting the season in Tx, and should be running 9.80s or so down here... lose about .7 once i get to Bandi, so I should be running 10.50s or .60s. We found 448lbs to take out of the car for free, so things are looking promising.

I thikn you'll lose more than .7 dood.
according to all of the altitude correction calculators and tables I've seen... we can lose quite a bit more..
on a super detailed equasion that took into consideration everything!!(had me enter the time and date and track and looked up weather info) the DA was 7700 ft.
after it was all said and done my 12.80s here ended up being 11.50's at sea level.. so 1.3 seconds!!! EEEK altitude sucks nutsacks.
anywho I'm still on gay ass stock gears... with the addition of 4.10's and some more seat time I plan to take my 12.80 all motor to about 12.40's all motor.
once I've got that nailed I'm going to spray... my goal is to get kicked out for no cage this season

I really hope not... I was lookin on NHRA's website yesterday and saw that Top sportsman and Sportsman classes are handicapped between .46xx and .96xx when they race in Denver.. but im interested to see what happens... I do know that if the car runs slower than 10.80s... im setting it on fire, and driving it off a cliff.

Probably won't hit 17's with your lame ass driving it....let Clint he should be able to manage at least 13's. :fisheye:

It's been three years since i've actually driven at the strip so my goal is just to make a damn pass, i don't care in what car or how fast considering i'm thinking about putting my car back to stock or close to it.. It's already torn apart any way..

Bandimere (http://bandimere.com/index.php) in Morrison is a real NHRA facility, home of the Mile High Nationls. PMP (http://www.pueblomotorsportspark.com/) in Pueblo is actually a full road course that they use the front straight as a 1/4 mile drag strip. As previously stated, sometimes the track prep is good. If you're not running slicks or DR's you will be forced to run out of the groove at PMP which makes it even worse.

PMP is a lot cheaper.. or at least used to be... Bandi's friggin expensive! especially if you're used to paying $15 for test & tune in Tx like i am.
